  • While our wedding ceremony and reception are on Saturday, we hope you will join us throughout the weekend for activities and celebrations that allow us to spend more time with you and share the beauty of our local mountains and forest with you.

    If you plan on staying with us at The Pincecrest Chalet, you are required to book for at least Friday and Saturday evenings. Festivities will kick off with a campfire on Thursday evening.

  • Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list and cannot accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to welcome those listed in your party on the RSVP form.

  • Your children should be accounted for on the RSVP form. Please let us know if they are not!

  • May 15 is the RSVP deadline. If you have not RSVPed via our website by May 15, we will assume that you unable to join us.

    May 1 is the reservation deadline for The Pincecrest Chalet.

  • Please include any dietry restrictions, requirements, and preferences in your RSVP.

    Kat & Kayla are more than happy to pass along your notes to the Chef.

  • The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire with a forest fairy twist. ✨🌲🧚🏻‍♀️

  • All activities will take place outdoors. While the space is groomed by a groundskeeper, our venue is in the woods. We recommend shoes that you are comfortable with getting a little dirty.

  • We kindly request all guests to turn off their phones, cameras, and other electronic devices during the ceremony.

    We want everyone to be fully present and to share in the intimate moments with us, without distractions. Our professional photographer will capture all the special moments, and we promise to share those photos with you. Thank you for understanding and for helping us create a more meaningful and memorable experience!

    After the ceremony concludes? Take all the photos and videos that your heart desires.
