If a cabin has been reserved for you, one of the brides will reach out to you directly.

If you reserve at the Pinecrest Chalet and have not connected with the brides, your reservation will be canceled.

The Longbarn Lodge

We highly recommend staying at Longbarn Lodge to be close to all activities throughout the weekend at Pinecrest.

Pets are welcome to stay with you at The Longbarn Lodge for an additional fee,
but please leave all furry family members in your cabin/room for the ceremony and reception.

The Longbarn Lodge is a 15-minute drive to the Pinecrest Chalet.

We recommend the following properties if you would be more comfortable in a traditional hotel or motel closer to restaurants and shops.

Chicken Ranch Casino

Upscale accommodation at the newest casino resort in Tuolumne County. The most luxurious hotel in the county (lol).

45-minute drive to the venue.

Wildwood Inn

Located in the beautiful summer and winter resort village of Twain Harte and walking distance to many local restaurants, unique shops, and golf.

28-minute drive to the venue.

Travel Recommendations

Although Pinecrest is a local gem for Kat & Kayla, it will be an exciting adventure for many of you.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with your travel plans.

We recommend the following airports and have included driving distances to the venue for your reference:

Fresno (FAT): 2hr 45min
Sacramento (SMF): 2hr 45 min
Oakland (OAK): 2hr 45min
San Francisco (SFO): 3hr

Pinecrest is not accessible by Uber or Lyft, so we recommend renting a car for all vehicle travel.

What to bring

Pinecrest is nestled on a mountain at an elevation of 6,700 feet. Please prepare for all that mountain weather has to offer – warm, sunny days; cool, crisp evenings; friendly woodland creatures; and, of course, a few mosquitos.
